[US Region] Chat UI may appear frozen

When running chats on "chat.relevanceai.com", the UI may have appeared frozen in US region. This issue has now been resolved.
Impacted period was between 2026-03-17 18:00 AEDT - 2026-03-18 12:00 AEDT.
Chrome Browsers cannot load "app.relevanceai.com"

The website was not loading for Chrome browsers (and Chromium browsers like Arc) between 10:40-11:00am AEDT. The issue has been resolved.
